What is StoreKit?
StoreKit is Apple's framework for selling inside an app. It loads products and their local prices from the App Store, shows Apple's payment sheet, checks each transaction and lets people restore what they bought. StoreKit 2, introduced in 2021, gave it a modern Swift interface.
More about StoreKit
StoreKit also asks for App Store ratings and lets people manage their subscriptions. Apple signs each transaction, so an app can trust a purchase without a server of its own. Developers test purchases in Xcode or Apple's sandbox before going live, and every product has to exist in App Store Connect.
StoreKit with Borel
Borel's kit handles StoreKit, and your app calls it by your plan's name, so you never write purchase code. Prices come from Apple, Restore Purchases is built in, and Borel creates the products in App Store Connect when you publish.
