What is Flutter?
Flutter is Google's open-source framework for building apps for iPhone, Android, the web and desktop from one codebase, written in the Dart language. Instead of using each platform's own controls, Flutter draws every pixel itself with its own rendering engine.
More about Flutter
Drawing its own widgets keeps an app identical across platforms. It also means Flutter's iOS-style controls are its own copies of Apple's, which have to be redone to follow new designs such as Liquid Glass. For iPhone, a Flutter app is still built with Xcode and published on the App Store like any other.
Flutter with Borel
Borel writes iPhone apps in Swift with SwiftUI, so the controls are Apple's own and follow each new iOS design. You describe the app in plain words, and Borel builds it with Xcode on its own Mac.
