What the app does
- Start a workout for a day, add exercises, then log each set's reps and weight. The buttons step by 2.5 kg or 5 lb.
- Exercise names are suggested as you type, from your past workouts and 18 common lifts.
- This week sits at the top: workouts, sets and total weight lifted.
- Records shows your best set for every exercise, grouped by muscle, with an estimated one-rep max.
- A record opens a chart of your top set in each session, once there are two sessions.
- Choose kilograms or pounds, and everything stays on the iPhone, private to you.
